What can be customized?

The Design Process is Simple!

  • Tap the banner under the image to choose the name of your school and font
  • Tap the slogans on the top and bottom to choose from a number of school approved sayings
  • Tap on image of the graduate to add your photo from your library or an instant selfie can be used to upload into the allotted location (our technology will remove the background and our AI will block inappropriate images/objects)
  • Tap " Your Name Here" to add in your name or the name of the graduate on the shirt (Notice if you try to enter anything inappropriate, our AI will block any inappropriate sayings) 
  • Tap “rotate” to customize the back of the shirt and upload some of your favorite and most memorable moments
  • Tap the dropper to change the color of the shirt
  • Tap on the correct size for your garment 

Can I change or cancel my order?

In an effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we begin creating it as soon as your order is submitted. Orders cannot be changed or canceled as they are immediately sent to production. It is important that you carefully review your order prior to submitting it. 

What’s your return policy?

We guarantee the quality of our product. We will replace any defects or errors on our part at no charge, but due to the custom nature of our product, we do not accept returns or exchanges for your incorrect selections of items, sizes, designs, spelling, etc. If you have any questions while placing an order, please contact us so we can help make sure that your order is accurate.

When will my order be printed and shipped?

Orders are estimated to be delivered in 3-5 weeks. We're working hard to deliver on time during these circumstances - deliveries may be affected due to Covid-19. Please contact us with any questions. 

How can I track my order?

You will receive an order confirmation via email upon placing your order. Once your order is printed & packed, you will receive a second email that includes a linked tracking number so you can follow the delivery status of the package. 

Order & Delivery Issues:

If there are any issues with your order, you have 30 days from the date of shipment to contact our team to address your concerns. Kindly note that we are not responsible for any damages to any merchandise once the item has been worn or washed.
